• This experience is available for those with a height of 140cm or more, and children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian. 
• Please make sure to bring towels and toiletries (shower supplies), and indoor swimwear (rash guard is possible).
• Personal fins, snorkels, and suits are allowed.
• Parking is available for free.
• The duration is about 2 hours.
• The process proceeds in the order of gathering and introducing freediving → preparation and equipment wearing and stretching → freediving education and experience → photo and video shooting → arrangement and finishing.
