• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled experience time. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
• The tour duration is approximately 50 minutes.
• The route may change due to weather conditions.
• Children under 24 months can ride for free; please bring their passport (a copy or photo is acceptable).
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to weather or special circumstances on the day of the experience. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
• The tour operates normally even in rain (ponchos provided). However, if the tour is canceled due to severe weather (rough seas, typhoons, heavy rain warnings), a 100% refund will be provided.
• Seasickness medication is available free of charge upon request for those prone to motion sickness.
• Pets are allowed if they are in a carrier (free boarding for pets).
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during boarding. Please inform us in advance if you use a wheelchair.
• Smoking is prohibited on the yacht. Smoking may result in a fine on-site.
• Simple beverages are allowed, but outside food is not permitted.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
• We may adjust or change the schedule based on the number of reservations and time slots.
• On the day of your reservation, the operator may contact you via phone, text, or messenger to provide detailed directions. Please be aware that failure to respond and arrive on time may be considered a no-show, resulting in no refund.

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time.
• Entry is not permitted without a ticket.
• Arrive at the center 30 minutes before departure, complete the boarding declaration form → receive your physical ticket.
• Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure.
• Please use the restroom and then wait at the boarding area with your ticket.
• Follow staff instructions to move to the yacht → board.
• Failure to arrive at the center 5 minutes before departure will be considered a no-show.
• The yacht departs on time. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot wait for latecomers as it may inconvenience other customers.
• Parking and traffic can be very congested in this popular tourist area. Please allow ample travel time!
