• This product is for foreigners only. (Korean nationals cannot use it.)
• Seat reservations can also be made at the travel center at each train station, but it is recommended to make a reservation online in advance as the waiting line is long. (Seat reservations cannot be made at automatic ticket machines/kiosks in the station)
• The "Select Pass" is valid only within 10 days from the reservation date.
• You cannot purchase a new "Select Pass" ticket within 10 days from the start date of use of the "Select Pass". If you wish to purchase again, please purchase after 10 days have passed.
• If the PASS name and passport name are different, you will not be able to use it, so please enter the same name as the name on your passport. (Resale and rental to third parties are not allowed)
• Information cannot be changed after reservation.
• When boarding the train, you must bring a valid Korail Pass (printed or mobile screen), passport, and printed seat ticket (if you have reserved a seat). / Seat ticket screenshots cannot be used
• If tickets are sold out, you can board the train with a standing ticket by presenting your Korail Pass and valid passport.
• There is no compensation for train delays or cancellations.
• Please check the remaining seats for your desired time and destination before using.
• If used illegally against the valid scope of use, a penalty of 10 to 30 times the normal fare will be imposed.
• Please note that standing and unreserved seats may not be available during the Lunar New Year, Chuseok holidays, and before and after these public holidays.
