The entrance is located between the Prada and Dior stores on the 1st floor of the Shinsegae Department Store Centum City Branch.

1. Visit on your desired date within the validity period. (Use the entrance between the Prada/Dior stores on the 1st floor of Shinsegae Department Store)
2. Visit the ticket booth (POS) to receive your locker number tag in person.
3. You must use the locker corresponding to your tag number within 20 minutes of receiving your ticket. (It will automatically lock if not used.)
4. Use the locker with the same number as your shoe locker key. Please shower and then enjoy the facilities.
5. Upon exiting, visit the settlement counter to pay for any charges made with your locker key. (You must visit the settlement counter even if you have no usage history)

• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by participants not complying with staff instructions and precautions.
• The facility is not responsible for injuries caused by intentional or careless actions of visitors. Please exercise caution during use.
• Admission is allowed for elementary school students and older. Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian of the same gender. Preschoolers are not allowed.
• The standard usage time is 4 hours. However, if your spending within Spa Land (excluding admission fee) is KRW 10,000 or more, you can use the facility for up to 6 hours. Exceeding the time limit will incur an additional charge of KRW 5,000 per hour.
• This product does not offer priority benefits. Waiting or entry may be restricted during peak hours. Customers with tattoos on large areas of their body may be denied entry.
• Bringing mobile phones, taking photos/videos, or making video calls inside the locker room and sauna is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or with health issues may be restricted from entry.
• Showering is required before entering the sauna, and swimsuits are not allowed. Some facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
• The facility is not responsible for theft or loss of items not stored in the valuables locker. A separate fee will be charged for lost locker keys.
• Outside food and pets are not allowed. Purchased tickets must be used on the same day, and partial cancellations/refunds are not possible. No refunds will be given for unused facilities.
• Paid luggage storage lockers are available. (KRW 3,000 for 5 hours / KRW 1,000 for each additional hour)
